Suha Karzoon joined Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C in September 2014 and is currently Managing Director – Finance, overseeing the Finance, Risk and Treasury functions, responsible for implementing effective financial policies and controls, and financial reporting. She has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, audit, advisory and statutory reporting services.

Prior to holding this role, Suha was Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources and Administration, and Information Technology. She was also responsible for corporate governance practices at Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements where needed.

Suha was formerly Vice President - Finance and support at Tamkeen. She has also held different managerial positions at KPMG International and is a Board member at Aluminium Kuwait (Alba). Suha is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Kuwait.
