Husain AlQaseer joined Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C in January 2022 as Senior Director – Strategic Investments, overseeing Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C’s local strategic assets. Prior to Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C, Husain was a Senior Vice President on the Asset Management & Strategy teams at Al Salam Bank Kuwait, and Director – Investments at Al Rajhi Holdings, after having started his career at Ernst & Young on the Transaction Advisory vertical.

Husain brings 15 years of experience in investments and advisory, covering deals across various industries in North America, Europe, MENA and Southeast Asia. During his career, his roles included origination, execution, post-acquisition management, board representation and portfolio management.

Husain has worked on various turnaround and value creation initiatives across industries financial services, real estate, industrials, healthcare, education and alternative energy.

Husain is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a Master’s degree in Finance, an MBA with a concentration in Non-Profit Management, as well as a dual major Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Statistics, all from the University of Denver.
