Dr. Klaus Lucke joined Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C in January 2021 as Director, Risk Measurement and Performance Measurement where he is responsible for embedding risk culture across all business and support functions, overseeing standards in the portfolio management process and ensuring integrity of performance management through quality assurance in valuations and metrics.

Klaus has 25 years of experience in risk management and finance at Temasek and as Consulting Partner at Oliver Wyman and at Exton Consulting.

During his 15 years tenure at Oliver Wyman, Klaus held roles as Head of China and as lead partner for Asia Pacific in Wholesale Banking Risk Management. He then went on to join Temasek, Singapore’s sovereign investor, as their Head of Risk Management.

Before joining Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C, Klaus was a partner at Exton Consulting. He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and a Masters degree in Physics from the University of Erlangen, Germany.
