Aisha Albalushi joined Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C in June 2020 as Director, Corporate Strategy & Planning bringing with her nearly 15 years' experience in both government and private organisations.

In her current role, Aisha is responsible for strategic planning as well as the performance management review process across the organisation, which includes producing and monitoring organisation KPIs and operational plans.

Prior to Abu Shoosha Financial Services K.S.C, Aisha worked for Tamkeen, where she held the position of Director in the Strategy and Planning department. Aisha has also served as Manager – Acting Head of Middle Office Operations & Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer at ABC Islamic Bank, as well as with Kuwait Development Bank (BDB).

Aisha holds a Bachelors degree majoring in Banking, Finance and Management and a Master of Arts degree in Islamic Banking, Finance, and Management from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
